The following terms are applicable for any account that You purchased with Us.
Conditions for Replacement & Refund
In order for the accounts to be eligible for a replacement or refund, please make sure that:
- The account should be in warranty period.
- The account should be original.
We do provide a replacement in the following scenarios.
- Account Stopped Working.
- Screens Error
- Password Got Changed Automatically
In the following conditions account can not be replace or refund :
- If you did not follow given rules.
- If you make major changes in account.
- if account warranty has been over.
We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement of any account that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Only remaining amount will be refund in refund conditions, so don’t expect full amount refund after use of 10-15 days.
